• Shift: US Rotational 5 days working and 2 weekly off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Level one technical support for leading Internet Service Provider for US client.
• Troubleshooting incident management, Risk management.
• Resolving network issues for B2B, B2C customers.
• Will be working for one of largest and leading Internet Service Provider in US.
• Will be in-charge in Software and Hardware installation.
