Job Description For Verizon Recruitment 2021:

The Digital Workplace team is focused on transforming the way employees communicate and collaborate within the work environment to help our teams become more productive. A key aspect of this is Mobile device management and Mobility Engineering as well as taking collaboration to the next level by integrating messaging, chat rooms, BOTs and integration with other productivity and development tools. We are looking for a talented engineer, who is experienced in mobility and collaborative tools engineering and is willing to learn and enable the users with the right tools and culture.

• Installation, Configuration & Management of Workspace One MDM solution.

• Software Distribution, Data Encryption, Corporate email configuration on mobile devices like iPhone, iPad, Android.

• Automated Device Enrollment(ADE) for iOS/Mac devices and Single App Mode(SAM) and Kiosk for Mobile devices.

• Policy creation, deployment and troubleshooting in the Workspace One Console.

• APNS, DEP and Certificate Authority setup in the Workspace One console.

• Mobile Threat Protection (MTP) tool Lookout management.

• Mobile device evaluation & defining mobile standards for different business units.

• Slack App Management – Build and follow process to onboard any apps to slack enterprise grid.

• Implement Slack security tools and standards as per Security guidelines for different employee or vendor communities.

• Work with IT and business users to ensure better collaboration and productivity by automating workflows and creating bots.

• Promote the benefits of Slack within the user community to increase productivity and for rationalizing other tools.

Job Qualification and Skills Required For Verizon Recruitment 2021:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

• One or more years of relevant work experience.

• Knowledge on Symantec WSS agent and CASB(Cloud Access Security Broker) for Gsuite relates issues.

• Experience creating the Workspaces and making the enterprise settings as per the requirements.

• Experience in GSuite Messaging solution to troubleshoot the NDR(Non Delivery Report) and google workspace issues raised by the users.

• In-depth working experience of mobile device troubleshooting methods – both client and server-side.

• Hands on experience in Exchange server 2016/2019.

• Knowledge of Hub transport rules.

• Even better if you have:

• Hands on experience in troubleshooting Outlook client and G-Suite Web Client issues.

• Certification on Workspace one, Slack admin & Messaging platforms.

• Experience with the slack iDP groups and the integration of slack.
