Job Description For ThinkPalm Recruitment 2023:

• Support IT Infrastructure which includes (but not limited to) Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Internet Leased Lines, etc

• Support Network infrastructure which includes diagnosing network related issues, crimping of connectors, punching of I/Os, etc

• User’s incident ticket handling.

• Assist Engineering Team for any hardware or software related support.

• Maintain ISO related records.

• Co-coordinating with Team members to resolve any technical issues.

• Support the IT infra like CCTV, Epabx, UPS  etc.

• Maintain Inventory of all IT related assets.

Qualification and Skills Required for ThinkPalms Recruitment 2023:

• Basic knowledge in Desktops /Laptops and server setup, installation, configuration & troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge in Windows Operating system

• Basic knowledge in Networking

• Knowledge in Cloud services like AWS, Azure ,GCP etc. will be an added advantage

• Good level of written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment

• Manage Asset Management

• Preferred Certifications : MCSE / RHCE /CCNA / Cloud/ITIL
