Technical Support Engineer will help in managing the escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the Hardware/ development team and establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, like software developers. He is expected to use innovative ideas and logics to implement new processes.
Educational Qualification: BE (CS/ IT)/ MCA or MSc (Computer Science)
Location - Mumbai
Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Customer support/ Technical support
- Should have experience working on Java, Java Script, MongoDB and SQL
- Should have Experience on Web and Windows applications
- Must have Good communication Analytical Skills
Technical Skills :
- Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
- Javascript, JSON, MongoDB, Windows OS fundamentals
- Microsoft knowledge, coding understanding
- To support on existing and new upcoming sites for both products Solarpulse Teqo OS
Behavioral Skills:
- Good communication Analytical Skills
- Ability to handle critical situation
Key Roles Responsibilities :
- Installing and configuring, monitoring Maintaining Products/ Applications
- Diagnosing and solving software/ hardware faults
- Logging customer/ employee queries
