Technical Support Engineer will help in managing the escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the Hardware/ development team and establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, like software developers. He is expected to use innovative ideas and logics to implement new processes.

Educational Qualification: BE (CS/ IT)/ MCA or MSc (Computer Science)

Location - Mumbai

Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Customer support/ Technical support

  • Should have experience working on Java, Java Script, MongoDB and SQL
  • Should have Experience on Web and Windows applications
  • Must have Good communication Analytical Skills

Technical Skills :

  • Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
  • Javascript, JSON, MongoDB, Windows OS fundamentals
  • Microsoft knowledge, coding understanding
  • To support on existing and new upcoming sites for both products Solarpulse Teqo OS

Behavioral Skills:

  • Good communication Analytical Skills
  • Ability to handle critical situation

Key Roles Responsibilities :

  • Installing and configuring, monitoring Maintaining Products/ Applications
  • Diagnosing and solving software/ hardware faults
  • Logging customer/ employee queries
