Job Description
- Responsible for Maintenance of Instruments and Control Panels in various sections of plant
- Knowledge in operation of VRM , Ballmill , crusher , stracker &Reclaimer and Electronic Roto packers
- Knowledge in programming of Rockwell PLC , FLS SCADA and trouble shooting the faults
- Responsible for maintaining the Coriolis feeders , Solid flow feeders and bin Weighing systems
- Ensuring the operation of VFDs , UPS , ESP Tr-Sets ,Gas analysers , Stack Monitors
- Responsible for maintaining the Fault record , Preventive Maintenance checklist and Error Logs
- Responsible for upkeeping the plant operations to the expected level
- Responsible for maintaining the spares required for smooth operation of equipment
- Understand and prepare various Electrical and Instrumentation panel drawing in various sections of the plant
- Knowledge in Calibration of Various Pressure , Temperature and Flow transmitters
- Knowledge in maintenance of Telephone exchange , PA systems and other communication systems
- Responsible for effective operation of shift along with technicians
Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Instrumentation, Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
